Every team needs a “Manager/Coach.” Kevin’s background in the real estate industry started in 1977, with experience in real estate sales, property management, title insurance, and lending. Gary points the direction for the team…and Kevin works out the details to make it happen. His vast experience as a real estate broker also helps you avoid dangerous pitfalls in the contract.
In addition, Kevin is an instructor in the Real Estate Department at Palomar College where he began teaching in 1988. CalBRE# 00872300
In 2000, Kevin joined the Gary Kent Team in La Jolla as Broker Associate & General Manager. His experience includes over twelve years in the Title Insurance Industry, along with both property management and lending in addition to previous management positions in real estate.
